Stam Utility Token (symbol “STAM”) is an ERC20 utility token issued by SAFE TRADE PTE LTD, a Singaporeincorporated company (UEN 201917868H) and subsidiary of CVI PTE LTD. SAFE TRADE holds a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive licence over 300 billion userauthenticated digital transmissions. Each STAM is exchangeable for the right to register a digital transmission that is biometrically authenticated and geographically timestamped (the “Utility”). SAFE TRADE initially tokenized 5 billion STAM on Ethereum and allocated them to early stakeholders at a seedstage price via private placements to support the rollout of the Utility.
